Although I've had a fabulous month, as I come to the end of it and recognize that I'm about to go into my next season, figuratively speaking, I've also realized that I've lost my momentum with certain things - one of which was writing.
A focused start to the week as I get ready for the month ahead also saw my first trip to the sauna in a good few weeks, which came as a welcome break in the day for 'thinking time.' A chat with one of my accountability partners also helped me commit to writing this today - it's not for lack of creative juices, more energy management.
So when I also managed to sneak in Episode 14 of the latest season of my favorite TV show (clue in the pic) as a break, I couldn't help but land on the timing and synchronicity.

Without giving too much away, the main takeaway was the protagonist talking to her team about the importance of their stories. More than that, there was a conversation between the Captain and one of her Detectives. He apologized for questioning her (though in context he was right to do so) to which she responded, 'leaders should welcome questions.'
Spot on!
We're passionate about helping you get comfortable going down a line of questioning (much like a detective!) as well as helping you ask the right questions. For more information about our workshops or programs on questions, do get in touch!
